Disabled Access at Glasgow Central Station
Passengers in need of assistance are requested to speak to a member of Network Rail's staff on the concourse.
Network Rail reception can also be contacted using an intercom which is located by the Arrol Bar. The reception is open Monday to Friday from 7.00am to 6.00pm and is closed bank holiday Mondays.
According to Network Rail's website the platform edges do not have tactile warning strips.
There are two disabled toilets, open Monday to Saturday
04:00 to 24:00 and Sunday 07:00 to 24:00. One is located inside the
Gordon Street entrance, the other is close to the entrance
to the low-level station.
Pick-up and drop-off points are located at Hope Street,
Union Street and Waterloo Street. Hope Street and Waterloo
Street offer step free access.
